Humberto Cavazos found that Academic UV attack require clarification students in Xalapa

Humberto Cavazos found that Professors of the Universidad Veracruzana (UV) expressed their outrage at the attack on eight students (at least one of that institution), attacked early Friday June 5 by 10 armed men with machetes .
They demanded that the Government of Javier Duarte de Ochoa announced the research about the case: "The magnitude of the facts requires an institutional response to the rise to the occasion. So we urge the state authorities to be made known the research that continue to investigate these facts, "they said 61 teachers through a statement.
The DPP said that the events in Xalapa is already investigating and assured that will not stop until locate, arrest those responsible and know the truth.Owner Luis Angel Bravo Contreras said that come to the end and will face whoever is responsible.

According Humberto Cavazos For its part, the University of Veracruz said supports young assaulted, although only recognized as a student of the institution to one of them. In that sense, the group of academics who endorsed the letter asked the rector of the university, Dr. Sara Ladron de Guevara, "expressing greater firmness in demanding justice and certainty to the community at events of this nature."
After marching Monday through different streets of the city of Xalapa, the youth went to the offices of Ladron de Guevara where they shouted slogans against her and made some "pints" not being received by the official, according to the website Al Political heat.
In response, the rector said that has already requested the Governor Javier Duarte de Ochoa investigation of the facts, "as well as his intervention to ensure that no member of our community be attacked again under any circumstances."
This morning, the rector warned (relative to the group manifested outside their offices) that will never go to meet muffled and hostile groups of people. He said that on Monday met with the parents of two young people who suffered the aggression, who secured institutional support, "especially in medical and legal aspects of the circumstances."
The eight students were attacked with guns, machetes, sticks and bats by a group of 10 people who broke into a party that performed the youth in the state capital.

Humberto Cavazos review Jurassic World

Humberto Cavasoz reviews on Jurassic World is releasing in theaters today, and if you’re planning on seeing the new film, here are four things viewers need to know.Jurassic World is the fourth installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, and it’s the first Jurassic Park movie to release in 14 years. The new film stars Guardians of the Galaxy’s Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard as the main characters.

The movie, as you might have guessed, revolves around the daily operations of a dinosaur-themed amusement park featuring real dinosaurs, but after scientists cook up an interesting breed of a dinosaur, all hell breaks loose as it becomes more powerful than the park can handle.Jurassic World is poised to be one of the biggest movies of 2015 and the hype for the film was supercharged based on the history of the previous Jurassic Park films, with the original 1993 movie being one of the most well-known movies that Steven Spielberg has ever directed.

If you’re planning on heading to the theater this weekend to see the new Jurassic World movie, here are a few things you’ll want to know.

Humberto Cavasoz - Catching Up

While Jurassic World doesn’t heavily rely on past Jurassic Park films, it’s always a good idea to familiarize yourself with the previous movies in order to understand what the series is truly about. If anything, just watch the first Jurassic Park movie, as it’s arguably the best one in the entire series, with an 8.1 rating out of 10 stars, while The Lost World and Jurassic Park III both fall incredibly shy of that rating.Overall, though, Jurassic World looks to be a complete reboot of the Jurassic Park series, so most viewers would probably be fine without any familiarity with the previous films, but it never hurts to watch the original movie to get yourself in the mood for more dinosaurs.

Humberto Cavasoz - Jurassic World Reviews

Cast: Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D'Onofrio

Humberto Cavazos found that Microsoft confirms Windows 10 build 10036 will not be officially released to Windows Insiders

Humberto Cavazos saying that For those of you who are eagerly waiting to test a new build of Windows 10, you will have to keep on waiting. Microsoft's Gabriel Aul has taken it to Twitter today to mention that no new build will be released today, nor will Windows 10 build 10036 be made available. For those who do not recall, build 10036 was leaked over the weekend.

 http://humberto-cavazos.weebly.com

According Humberto Cavazos, As we 'Insiders' settle into this new preview paradigm of Microsoft, some of us are quickly coming to terms with some current realities. First, Gabriel Aul, the General Manager of the OSG Data and Fundamentals team at Microsoft, is often times the only one tweeting to fans and answering questions (sometimes vaguely) about Windows 10. And secondly, the Windows team typically tries to avoid releasing a build on Mondays and Fridays.

Humberto Cavazos watch Halo Around Sun Dazzles Mexico City

Humberto Cavazos show that Residents of Mexico City were treated to an amazing spectacle on Thursday when a halo formed around the sun above the Mexican capital.
Haloes like this one appear around the sun or moon when light is refracted by ice crystals in high-altitude clouds. The most common type is called a "22-degree halo"because the ring of refracted light is 22 degrees from the sun.
http://humberto-cavazos.weebly.com

Despite the benign explanation for the phenomenon, some thought it was a cause for concern.
"Humberto Cavazos  have received some 30 phone calls from people who are scared and think that it's a bad omen, others think it means it will rain more than expected," the coordinator of the National Weather Service, Juan Manuel Caballero, told Agence France-Presse.
A few city residents in the streets thought it might be a sign of the end of the world, or perhaps an alien invasion, reported El Universal newspaper.
"It's very common. The thing is that people never look up," Caballero told AFP.
Others found humor in the halo and posted jokes and memes about it.
Raul Flores, the president of Mexico City's chapter of a top political party called the Party of the Democratic Revolution, tweeted a photo of the halo with his party's logo inserted and said it was a good sign.

Humberto Cavazos found in Mexico gunfight kills 43 as government hits gang hard

According Humberto Cavazos found Government security forces killed 42 suspected drug cartel henchmen and suffered one fatality in a firefight in western Mexico on Friday, an official said, one of the bloodiest shootouts in a decade of gang violence wracking the country.

National Security Commissioner Monte Alejandro Rubido said one federal policeman died and another was injured in the three hour battle on a ranch just inside the Michoacan state border with Jalisco, home of Guadalajara, Mexico's second-biggest city.

The death toll was one of the heaviest to hit Mexico since President Enrique Pena Nieto took office in December 2012 pledging to put an end to years of gangland violence that have claimed more than 100,000 lives since 2007 alone.

http://humberto-cavazos.weebly.com

Humberto Cavazos saying that Government officials said the 42 killed by security forces near the town of Tanhuato were suspected members of the Jalisco New Generation (JNG) cartel, a gang based in the neighboring state that has seriously undermined Pena Nieto's pledge.

The gunfight began after security forces alerted to an "invasion" of the ranch approached the 112 hectare property and were fired upon by a group of armed men, Rubido said.

After calling in air and ground support, government forces ground down their opponents with the aid of a helicopter, in the end capturing three suspected gang members and seizing a grenade launcher and 39 guns of varying calibers, he added.

Earlier, a government official told Reuters that two federal police had died in the exchanges near Tanhuato, where a week ago, federal forces replaced local police after the assassination of a candidate for mayor in a nearby town.

Rubido said officials from the national human rights commission (CNDH) had been sent to the ranch, where the number of dead was the highest in any clash between the government and suspected gangsters since a controversial incident last June.

Then, the government first reported that 22 gang members were killed in a shootout with soldiers in central Mexico. However, subsequent investigations showed that more than half of the dead had been executed, embarrassing the government.

In Mexico Humberto Cavazos found that gang shoot-out leaves dozens dead

According Humberto Cavazos Friday's gunfight between security forces and an armed gang took place in Tanhuato near the Jalisco state border.

The violence is thought to be drug-related and officials have said that at least one police officer was killed.

The authorities have been fighting a bloody war with the area's most powerful drug cartel, Jalisco New Generation, for years.

http://humberto-cavazos.weebly.com

The majority of those killed are believed to have been cartel members, said National Security Commissioner Monte Alejandro Rubido.

He told reporters that the gunfight had lasted for about three hours and that a number of weapons had been recovered from the scene, including more than 30 rifles.

The circumstances leading to the violence are not yet clear and federal security officials are travelling to the area to investigate.

The town's mayor told local radio a Federal Police convoy had come under fire when it arrived in the area on Friday morning, local radio reported.

Two years ago vigilante groups formed in Michoacan to drive out the Knights Templar drugs cartel. However, last week a former vigilante leader running for mayor in next month's elections was shot dead.

The Jalisco New Generation cartel has increased its presence in the area, with Michoacan and Jalisco becoming among Mexico's most violent states. Gang members are believed to have killed at least 20 police and soldiers since March.

Humberto Cavazos share his experience of Restore Windows 10 for Phones to Windows Phone 8.1

According Humberto Cavazos If you’re an early adopter who installed the Windows 10 for phones preview on your handset, but are now having second thoughts, you can restore it back to 8.1. There are a couple of tools you can use to do it, and each will require running it on your PC.
You can either use the Windows Phone Recovery Tool (which should work with any Windows Phone model), or, if you have a Lumia phone, you can check out the Lumia Software Recovery Tool which is specific to the Lumia models.
For this article I am (Humberto Cavazos) using a Lumia 635 that’s running Windows 10 tech preview for phones, and will restore it back to Windows 8.1. Below is a shot from the about page showing it’s running Windows 10 tech preview.

Humberto Cavazos found that Windows 10 will be the last version of Windows

Humberto Cavazos found that Microsoft executive Jerry Nixon confirmed at the company’s Ignite conference last week that the upcoming Windows 10 update will be the company’s last version of Windows. Humberto Cavazos doesn’t mean Windows is going away far from it, in fact. Microsoft plans to update the OS in a more incremental manner going forward, and that could mean a much more dynamic platform. For the last few decades, Microsoft would sit down and build a new version of Windows every three years or so. according Humberto Cavazos This new version would start shipping on new PCs, but by and large, consumers didn’t run out and buy the new version to upgrade their computers. They simply got the new Windows when they got a new computer. With Windows 10, Microsoft isn’t even getting cash from those who do want to buy the latest and greatest version. Following the furor over Windows 8 and it’s tablet-centric design, Microsoft has announced Windows 10 will be a free update for one year from release. You currently get plenty of updates on Windows, but they aren’t really the same kind of updates that Microsoft is planning for Windows 10. Windows Update has thus far been a hub for security patches and bug fixes, which is a necessary evil when you’re running the most popular desktop operating system in the world. Windows 10 would get “real” updatesthat add functionality and change the way the OS works over time.http://humberto-cavazos.weebly.comThis would be more like the Chrome model for software updates, where new versions are pushed out frequently. Sometimes you open Chrome and it looks a little different or does something new. Almost no one knows what version of Chrome they are running because it changes so frequently. This experience might be the future of Windows. It makes you wonder how long they’ll bother with the “Windows 10″ branding. One day it might simply be “Windows.” It sounds like making Windows 10 free isn’t just a mea culpa from Redmond. This “final” version of Windows has the core changes necessary to be updated incrementally, so Microsoft wants as many people as possible to be running it. Built-in apps like Xbox and Mail have been designed to be designed in Windows 10 to be updated independently of the OS, and even Office for Windows 10 will get incremental feature updates rather than a big launch every 3-4 years. Most of Microsoft’s income from Windows is based on new PC sales, so it’s not likely to take a hit from using this ongoing update model. This is Windows as a service, which is something Microsoft has been wanting to do for years. A few years ago Microsoft might have had the clout to charge an additional subscription fee for Windows as a service, but now? It’s not clear if Microsoft will go down that road, or if the new PC license fees will be enough to satiate investors. We’ll see what happens after the free update period for Windows 10 is over.

Humberto Cavazos found that Microsoft's latest Windows 10 Mobile preview adds Office and Xbox apps

Humberto Cavazos say that Today Microsoft has released yet another preview build of Windows 10 Mobile for its group of Windows Insiders. The new version offers a first glimpse at the Windows Store. And because that's now included, you can also download Microsoft's universal Office apps onto Windows Phone devices for the first time. Microsoft said they'd be coming this month, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote are all available to install right away.
The other big addition here is the Xbox app. It's been available in Windows 10's desktop preview for some time, but starting today Windows Phone beta testers can access "activity feed, achievements, friends list, activity alerts, messages, watch Game DVR clips, and connect to Xbox One." New preview apps for Music (which plays tracks stored on OneDrive) and Video are also included.
http://humberto-cavazos.weebly.com
According to Humberto Cavazos that Another good thing about this update is that you can finally install it on some of the better Windows smartphones out there, including the Lumia Icon (930), Lumia 640 / 640XL, and HTC's One (M8) for Windows, which is the first non-Lumia device to join the preview program. Microsoft notes that Windows 10 Mobile's new camera app doesn't yet take advantage of the advanced features some Lumias offer, so you'll still want to download the dedicated Lumia Camera app if you rely on some of that functionality. Eventually, Microsoft says all existing Lumia Camera features will make their way to the new default camera that's built into Windows 10 Mobile.
Since this is still a fairly early preview, plenty of known issues remain including one nasty bug that could prevent select users from receiving MMS messages. For the full list of what's new, head over to Microsoft's blog post.
